3weeks into my new branch... I really feel energised at the freedom of managing a branch.. But the amount of workload and expectations are starting to drill in..
It wun be easy - infact very tough.. It took 1yr before i manage to overcome everything in BM.. How long will it take in Stirling...hmmmmm...
A good news just received is ................. Company Retreat @ Ho Chih Minh City, Vietnam.. 3D2N ...gd enough liao ... just to enjoy and relax (hopefully)

Talking abt the uniSIM Course i am taking.. BSc in Logistics and SCM - Sighzzz...i was thinking of Deferment to Jan 2011.. I simply still not quite ready for it 100%... Plus the fact that i am darn busy with the so many things in my hands.. How should i manage this big thing which will probably go on for the next 4-5yrs.. Sighzzzz..Awaiting 1st June to see the course timetable To see how i can manage the timings...

Today was the official 1st day i take up Stirling Branch as BranchInCharge(BIC).. Exciting it was! - suddenly i am handed with a branch to take care of.. I am entrusted with the P&L of it, which in turn will be relevant to the company..
Phew...challenging is the word to describe.. It is soooooo much different from the Bukit Merah Branch.. Well...its hard to put into words but somehow it is physically and mentally challenging... Sighzzz....
One happy thing would probably i have my own office!!!wahaha I dunno if that is something to be really happy about... But i have to find something to motivate myself to keep on going...
Pple find it puzzled why i am promoted so fast after only 2yr plus in FP.. Haha..i kind of think pple are looking at me differently.. Somekind of high profile now...i dun quite like tat.. The hopes and expectations will in turn become higher... Sighzzz...
I dunno how long this would take - to stay in this branch... Anyold how, shall try the very best to bring it to the highest level possible... KAMBATE!!!!!
