Trying to act "hip-hop" and funky - but theres not substance in them..
Throw them some difficulties and they will make sure they sucumb to it..
or act as though they are so emotional that they will wanna die from it.


It seems nobody had taught them some kind of manners..
It seems nobody had taught them how to use their brain...


Constantly getting the easiest way out is their policy...
Wearing a baseball cap and act cool is their trademark...
Act cute would be their last resort to get close to people..
But Ooops, it doesnt work on me...!

Alright - to share with pple here..
I have been tasked to manage STIRLING ROAD BRANCH - near Queenstown/Queensway.
Its near my current Bukit Merah..which in some way is good...
Anything cannot handle i can still get to my current manager...Fight fire..haha.

STIRLING is not a big branch - 3 shopspaces to be exact.
Such places are for pple like us though, new pple who will need to overcome the smaller branches 1st..
Get a good foundation and move on if you are good..
There are plenty of good examples in the company..
I shall have to grab this chance and wait for the next..

Finally i get to the next phase and hit my target..
From this on i will be responsible for more things...
"With greater power comes greater responsibilities.."

More weekends and PHs - but i kindof miss having weekdays off..
where i can roam freely anywhere with lesser pple everywhere...

1st May - the beginning of a new phase.

Been sometime since i updated something..
And here comes some good news..

I will be posted out soon to take over a branch..
I shall keep it a secret at least for now..
Becos of some reason..well..we shall see..

Well..and it will be real quick also..
Sighzzz..giving up wat i have built up in BM is not easy..
Now my 2IC will have some problem to pick up what he still dun know..
Just like wat i did 2yrs back..

Finally i get my chance to excel further..
Hopefully everything turns out well..






I somehow managed to understand that sometimes things will turn out for themselves..
And truely, "blessings in disguise" do happen..

About the part of handing over part of my workload to others..
I had been quite reluctant..partly becos i simply love doing what i am dong now..
But somehow i have to release "them" due to career advancement - for me and others...

Well, I had been quite negative abt it at 1st..
But perhaps as i begin to try and be open about it..
Thinking that if i do not let go, i will never be able to grab new things...
Hmm..Somehow i am beginning to feel abit relaxed the past days..

Haha..my poor 2IC will thus be feeling what i feel 1year ago..
Sudden increase in workload and responsibilities..!!

I will perhaps be slightly free for now..doing some general duties in branch..
Until we get confirmation if the Manager would be changed..
Then things will start to get busy..
Cos Normally April is when all the Managers will do a big-time shuffle...
We shall see if the current one continues to lead us on...

Finally i am finishing my "Time-off" - accumulated during the CNY period..
Becos i cannot claim OT due to my appointment..
After 1month plus i finally managed to complete my 7days worth of OT...!!
Will be free for the next 2days and shall see what to do lo..
Perhaps a short break - long morning sleep - and then the usual stuffs..
