Sometimes human is just so funny and strange..

I had a "good" dressing-down to all my staff last week...
Some issues which i am really not happy about..
things that i have been saying and repeating, emphasising and re-emphasising..

I dun like to talk to them like tat..
Somehow i have to do that...

I hate pple who wanna over-write me..
I hate anything happens to my staff or my dept or under my charge...
and i am the last person to know...
Shall not say more..the blood boils again..

Now 1 week later..my clever staffs wait till i cooled down somehow..
then ask me why i was so angry back then..
infact i was only 20% boiled nia..
many of them nv see how i wacked that particular staff (the one i did mentioned here before)
for quarreling on the shopfloor...

Good thing is they are beri cleber ...
and theyknow when i am angry..ie when to get serious and do things that i need them to do..
Bad thing is..why i have to do that then they work to wat i need them to..

Haha..i was just recapping what my last post was..
then saw that my trend of weekly update was again back on track..
(if i free enough..would be 3-4days de....)

Well..i have been busy conquering the new Bejewel game on FB..
I am trying very hard to make 225K a norm..
If any1 plays the game and remember how i had come up with my own set of training methods..
You would know i am a little bit crazy about it..

ALso crazy about is...Championship Manager 2010..
The game cost me 60++ and i am gonna make full use of it..
Precisely i knew i cannot be facebooking all day long..
i got something else to play and past my time..haha..

It speaks of my lifestyle right..haha..

Just 2days ago had a longgggggggggggggggggg-time not-done outing with 2 delta buds..
went to Kbox Chinatown ... and ..............hmmmmmm..
I must say i am very impressed with the new features...(or issit for quite sometime but i dunno)
Touchscreen menu ... 2LCD TVs....Cosy sofa..New drinks....
I have to agree its real cool and i tell myself i must go again..
too bad i had not take pix...no time...busy playing with the new things..
Cos i nv really try out the new things much enough..haha..

Actually i had been lying on the bed since 1plus....

The past week was sure jampacked and exciting..
Participated in the Company Futsal 5s competition..representing the group..i.e. the big branches..
Last yr i maanged to score 3 goals but were knocked out in the group stage..
This yr we came in 3rd!!! - but nvm i scored 1 ...haha..also shiok..
$20 voucher..haha..
But came back with also a sprained ankle...
At this moment, still pain ...but should be recovering soon as the pain goes off slowly..

Sighzz..right now i am still awake..
I have been "training" for Jewel in FB...
And this post took me 1hour!!!
haha..appologise that this post has got no depth at all...

Afterthis i might be playing my CM10 liaozzz...

Yet completed with another key event for the workyear - MidYr Stocktake..
Well..its a important event taking 1month to prepare for a night of counting non-stop..
involving up to 60 pple....and thus have to plan and execute everything accordingly..
Basically - it affects our bonus, if all that we should have are accounted for.

Haha, importantly its my 1st one as a DBIC - meaning i have to call the shots and manage properly..
And wahaha..i guess the team agree that we completed everything in what was the fastest stocktake for the past 2yrs...!!!! HAHA..Shiok!

The next big thing i look forward to - My Cruise Trip!!!
Company sponsored though BUT it is meant to be a "Team-building trip"
Going with about 100 pple - seriously its my maiden cruise trip..
Pple who knows me well enough would know i dun go out of Singapore often...
in all modes of transport..
Slightly excited - maybe because still gotta wait for 2more weeks...
