Yep..i have officially crossed to BM..(Well..missing J8 slightly)
1st day was of course exciting..everything seems interesting.. With so many pairs of eyes looking at you as if you are an alien is not fun..well..just smile and u will know who are the more friendly ones...
Interestingly was the part where Mgr talked to me about..if what he said is true or believable...then i think i would be really be motivated to work towards that goal...
Well..after getting to know more abt the branch..in depth detail abt the operations and staff.. The PROBLEMS then start to surface...
Chiller/Freezer problems... Staff problems... Product Quality... Display ... Blackout .. (Cannot imagine its normal to them..)
Well..i have got quite a few challenges here...at this point i am still quite headache on how i should proceed with doing what can be done..Perhaps i have began to put myself into this position...imagine i am thinking about solutions even at home...to the extend sitting in front of TV but the images of the branch will pop up suddenly..haha...*think too much..
Watever it is..since i am here..by hook or by crook..i still have to do it... Wish me luck ...

Finally - i got the answer!
I have been transferred to Bukit Merah branch.
After 3months staying at J8...i have gotten my own branch. Of course...the 1st concern is the distance..Yishun to Bukit Merah is certainly no joke. (1wk 6days)
2nd is the branch is real big..real big..guess wat ..its 2 storeys with about 4 times the size of J8 branch.
3rd is whether i can cope with getting a bike should the distance to work becomes a problem..
we shall see...
Looking forward to the start coming 19/4. Stay tuned for my updates about new stuff at BM branch.!haha

Just back from a badminton session with the FP guys.. Quite entertaining to sweat it out after a day's work..with joke and fun thruout...
Yes..and coming to work.. I have to say i am somewat losing that satisfaction that i had during the 1st month at work.. I am just losing morale and momentum to strive to do well and to work hard..
I still dun regret making the decision though..i still see myself having a good future if i continue along this career path... The problem is just that HR pple is completely non-responsive abt anything... I nv have receive any calls of anything from them at all... I am still waiting..waiting and waiting for all the things that should come by NOW...
Sighzzz..issit becos of certain things that they gimme for such delay ..ahdooi... I must admit morale at work is low..and not very gd though..if i still dun get anything positive soon...
Enough abt work..but all those low morale-ness simply is becos i have found that i am getting more satisfaction from afterwork activites...eg. the badminton, football, own shopping..sighzzz (which is not a gd thing..)
Is there any other way for anger relieve..haha..i need other ways other than sports wor... Quite tiring and bad for those discs of mine..(sometimes)

Today marks the 3rd month of my "career" with FairPrice.. Supposedly, i should be "confirmed" today and i am waiting..(for the obvious..)
