My collegue wanted to treat us to Pizza Hut...
for the help given during her PT studies for degree..
covering her duties and shifts etc..
Pizza Hut was not too much of an issue...
Just that i am very confident...
I eat Pizza Hut for the past 2weeks...
more than the no. of times i eat Pizza Hut for the past 24years!!!
(Full of flour in me!!)

I believe i ate about 6-7 pcs liao lo..
plus all those finger foods, i.e. chicken drumlets ...blahblah..
Phew..So FULL>..

As usual, every1 got wat they want..
I still had about 4pcs of pizza in my stomach..(should be)

I had a "Crazy Hotdog" ... which was abt 30cm long hotdog thingy..
Phew..pls the finger food too...
After the meal ...i was so full that i feel that i had not eaten for 3days...
Biangzzz...so full till i was like dun wanna talk..dun wanna breathe...
I was so confident i dun need to eat till the next dinner (24hrs later...)
Fair enough..its true..(24hrs later..then i eat something...)

Something also beri exciting..
I was at GV Yishun..
Suddenly, a Indian girl walked to me asking for $$$..
Not much..$2 nia..but as usual ..it came with a story..
"i need some money to go home..but i lost my money....."

so..my kind heart tells me to help her...
i give her me story too...
" uhm...i only have some coins..maybe u take 1st lo....."
I gave a $1 coin..then ask her find others for help..

She took and walked away...
This bugger went to approached others for more...
I happened to be still ard the area and see her in action...
Old lady..young boys..she all attacked...
Basket sia..! i was so mad...
How can she...an abled person so desperate...

Then even more angry was...
She was with a group of Black Bengs..(did i say something..)
That was more angry..
I start to think it was a scam gang..

Guess wat!
My righteous heart tells me to teach them a lesson..
I may have spent 60cents to call 100 call directory..
Ask for number for the NPC ...
Called and reported..
Waited for the police to arrive..
But...waliao..i guess the gang nt ard there anymore..
I also cannot find...

Chey....waste my 60cents...and $1 lo...
If not..would have got to watch a show...for $1.60..wahaha...






1st up - The passing of Michael Jackson..
Well..personally feels something for it cos actually..
He was the 1st singer i was exposed to..
I got of the "Dangerous" album which i think maybe one of my uncle bought..
Then i was playing with the CD player .. with the CD
Thats it..how i got to know Michael Jackson..haha..
I simply love the song - "Black or White"..
and 16yrs from the song 1st played..
I seen the the MTV today at home..haha (MTV Channel has this recap show of him)

Was at Selarang Camp today for the MOB briefing..
which supposedly was to update us changes for the procedures..
Seriously..nothing new la..
Afterall..ensure u get to the right camp..
and follow watever the pple there tells u to do..
Safe and Sound ...

A mini-gathering with the delta guys..
catching up with wats hot..and wats not..
as usual..the common concerns were...
"How/Where is Aaron...?"
"Is Kilo coming back....?"
"When got gathering again....?"
(haha) Of course..i dun mind pple i can see eye to eye with asking mi that..
I hate those that i can have no link with absolutely...
asking mi..when haha..they know nuts about wat we have been doing..
Ask for fun nia..dun waste my time talking to u pls...

Dunno why..but mixture of happinesss and dilemma..

Grp Manager came visit the branch today..
I did not speak to him - just a slight wave to signal hello..(haha..as if friends like that but he is like 5levels above me lo..)
He was busy with my manager on branch plans..haha..i supposed..
Just as he left..i was phew....
Well ... he like to check on my work stuff lo..
and always i kana de..

Well..next up was Boss called me into office..
1st was to tell me that my 2IC will be upgraded to a higher TL grade..
simply meaning more job and responsibilities nia lo..haha..
(and i was whaa..perfect la..good reason for me to hand more things to him liaozzz..)

Next was my own case..
He wants to put me to other branch as DBIC..
Well..sort of a promotion in appointment..
basically i am still a TL..
DBIC - Deputy Branch In Charge.. i.e. 2IC of the branch..
Meaning Branch Manager not ard..the DBIC takes over..
and in the company culture..DBIC runs the show most of the time..(understand hor..)

Kindof happy at 1st..
but next up was the timeline that he gave..
He expect me to impart the skills to my 2IC as much as possible..
and get ready to move on for my part..(waliao...)

Then, I was thinking abt all my plans for the dept..staff..systems..process...blah blah..
Sighzzz..seems like i will not be able to see thru my plans liao..
Slight disappointed as I had spent alot of effort and thoughts about it..

Of course..i know its for my good..
I cannot say its too fast .. in fact i yearn for it...as its for the sake of the career path in the company..
Somehow..it speaks of my performance and shows that i have done well at this level to go up further..

I dunno how long i have left..
Perhaps soon..or later...
Things are not in my hands liao..
Guess i have to enjoy and hope ...
And as Boss said..."get ready to move on ... anytime from now..."






The start to a very compact and busy week is here..
2days on course..
1day meeting..
1day Army recall..
1day Bday celebration..
phewzz..


I was at Raffles Place for the course..
Oh my..i hate going there at 8plus in the morning..
The Station was jam packed..the train was jam packed..
Out of the train, it was still jampacked..and i feel like a ham throughout the journey..
I was so relieved that taking bus to work daily was such a blessing..
Say NO to city will a still be my objective should i change job..haha


One real interesting (but stupid) thing was..
I was walking towards Lau Pat Sa ..
The passageway towards the AIA Towers..
I was listening to my MP3 and then...
suddenly i heard something familiar..
"Marching"..
haha..perhaps 200pple wearing heels/boots/leather shoes...
walking at the same time..."clog...clog...clog..." haha
interesting..becos i am not used to that pace..
and i have nt heard of this familiar sound for quite a few yrs already..haha (did some1 say stupid?)


Also..why must all those OLs and OGs walk at such a speed ..
as if all are having stomachache..cannot wait to get back to office toilet to.....(for obvious reasons)
I was relac-jacking then suddenly i feel every1 was trying to bypass me..haha..
I am used to Bukit Merah pace wat..


Was with nuer after the course..
phew..lucky the course end early else will need to rush..
been sometime since i went Cine liao..
We were there for DRAG ME TO HELL..
i would say it was really somewat close to EMILY ROSE..haha..slight bit..
well..i save the review la..this movie shown for quite long le..


nextup is the coming gathering with the army guys..

Hell of a day..
1st - i had to endure an expected very busy morning
2nd - The person i had to work with is much reliable to give me an even more busy morning (get the hint?)
3rd - Staff giving stupid problems on a Sunday..

Just as i was about to leave home from work..
Received a SMS from one of the PT boy - asking whether he need to come to work.
Well..this boy had given me tons of disciplinary problems which i already wanted to sack..
Supposed to report back today after 3weeks MIA..
Where got pple let u missing for so long and still keep u..
and today still got the nerve to ask me need to come to work anot..
Bugger! - in the end forced him to come back and work last day..
Once he came..gave a good "brush" and washed his brains..
But i HATE pple asking me stupid question..
Sighzz..no choice la..Teens are still teens..cannot think lo..

Reached work and close to store opening time..
Again one very no-initiative staff was supposed to turn up earlier than usual..
HE did not..
Basket! - he turned up 8am sharp (Luckily my DBIC helped out..)
Well..there are plenty of things to prepare before u see everything ready at store opening in a supermarket..
Also gave a good dressing-down to him .. cos its already the Nth time he has failed to turn up early..

Next came another bomb..
My Butcher (assistant in charge for meat dept) informed me abt evening staff quarrelling yesterday..
Kaozzz...One of my TOP requirement to them is not to quarrel in front of customers..
And they did it..!
I was so pissed off..after 2 very unhappy case in the early morning..
I told Butcher to ask them to see me..

Got them into our preparation area (for staff only place)..
Initially wanted to know wat happened and meditate the both..
But One of them made me so pissed off ..
giving me unrelevant things and explanation..
BOMB!!!!!!!!!!! - I snapped!!!
Seriously..i had for so long not been so angry and exploded ...
I shouted as if shouting command in a parade square back in army..
Layman terms is equal to that of shouting from 12th storey down and the person down in the carpark and hear u so clearly..
And that voice was so loud right at the staff 2steps in fron of me..

Yep..SHE cried..
I wun back down de lo..
Cry wun win one..(my logic)
A good i-talk-u-listen session lasted one hour..

Phew..Hate scolding pple..
But sometimes really no choice..
My position requires me to correct things before it becomes a habit built in themm..
Not easy lo..
One day wallop 4pple...
Record liao le..
Dun wish to up the record though..






Just as i was talking about the jam-packed schedule coming right up for this coming month..
Boss nominated me for a course for next week..
Well..somehow its useful for the daytoday work..so just go lo..

This week seems boring though..
Which is exactly wat i am feeling right now..
I have tried out new games on FB..Jewels seems to be overplayed..always have got maintenance..

However, the busiest period for this coming month..
Next week could be a preview..
Dun think i would enjoy that much free time though ..haha..

Having a somekind of dilemma..
Well..Just that our branch are having this group of new cleaners..
Some of them are Malaysians..
So - being a very friendly TL to engage them, i used Melayu to communicate with them initially..
Simple intro and simple instructions..
THEN! - they replied and of course the conversations continued..
BASKET! - Pple asked me whether i malaysian?
This is yet another "tag", after the uncle tag was put on..

No problem for me to speak simple Melayu..
Just that it feels that slightly paiseh..
When pple asked and i say i not malaysian..(FYI - the company does have alot of Malaysian PRs)
then they often compliment that i could speak Melayu quite well..
Wahaha..okok nia la..
The story begins becos my grandmother had maids from Indonesia..
So whenever we went over .. we somehow learnt how to speak that little bit..
And also when u play football with Malay Boys..
That language brings u closer to them..
then they will tend to pass the ball to u more..!!! (WAHAHA..crap..i know)






I was going through my planner for the upcoming months...
Wakaozzz...it was so jam-packed..
Meetings, Discussions, Competitions, Fairs, Events...

Its really somewat challenging...
I have got 3 inter-branch competitions on hand..
versus 80+ branches within the company..haha..
Re-emphasise - Bukit Merah > Zespri Display and Sales Overall Champion 2008! (hehe)

Phew..tough sia..
but it comes with the job la..
once i am able to overcome all these..it sure feels fantastic..

Well..it simply means u read a pledge..for the allegiance to the country and government..
and u are invited to eat at a buffer-like session..
TATS IT!!!! - U are to be bounded to protect the country! .. haha
and that reminds me of the ICT coming up in Dec ...

Wabiang..this 2nd half of the year is sure busy de lo..
Sighzz..guess wat - then the Xmas/CNY BUSIEST period of my job would be there again..
Simply put..My busy period has begun..
All the way till Mar '10..!!!






Finally get to sit down and enjoy a short write-up..

Feeling so healthy...(WHY!)
I have been consistently eating fruits for the past few days...
Nights maybe ... Consecutive 3nights to be exact..
and the fruit i have been consuming....
DURIAN!!!!!!!!! (haha)

Well oh well..I have no choice but to volunteer my service..
Becos my bro and I happen to have this telepathy that to buy durian back home on the same day..
And on the 1st day ... we had 7boxes of Durians in the fridge...!!
So that we had each a box ... blah blah..
Well..with 3consecutive nights past..there's still one more box to go..>! haha..
Maybe tomorrow..haha..

Cos there's no other better choice at home to clear it..
My Bro went back to camp..
My Sis is out in Dubai..
My Mom doesnt really fancy too much durian..
So there the HERO is here typing out his mission.....!

Was with Nu'er and Angela for KTV..
I cannot recall how many years have i not been to Kbox..
after i had defected to Partyworld after SAFRA Yishun had one..
And PW had more songs to my liking..
Haha..it was sure an enjoyable session...(formality..wahaha..no la)
less the stupid scenario that i got to know during that session..
nvm..over liao..
Yep..afterall new kakis for KTV..for the future..

Seriously..talking abt frends..
I dunno where all my frends are now liao..
I used to attend..Pri/Sec/Army gatherings with those frends..
Where are they..missing for the past 3-4 months liao..sighzzz
(except for Johnson Toh suggesting a JB trip..but i got no time to organise..)
