Fully utilised OFF day..
Morning half was at the prawning pond @ Bottle Tree Park..
This time we break record with more prawns .. haha..
If any1 can sense why i dun mention qty..
wait till i am proud of a figure worth putting up and announcing..

Linked up a trip to the Food Fair @ Singapore Expo with my mum..
It was sure-as-usal crowded like walking packed sardines..
Luckily it did not rain and people could disperse and walk freely outside the walkway..(if u can understand)
Main motive to the fair of course is to experience some 1st hand on new items..
and just perhaps some good deals..

We sure ate quite alot..the stomach was full of "junks"
And saw quite some suppliers/salesmans etc..haha..gotta some freebies too!!

Looking at how it goes..who said Singapore going thru some financial difficulties...haha
Well..seems most Sgporeans dump all their money on food..haha



I was stunned by a trailer about the British Got Talents finalist - Susan Boyle..
So curious that i looked up Youtube for some clips..
My Oh My - she was amazing..!
I really agree that her voice was powerful yet smooth..
Anyone curious too - pls search Susan Boyle in Youtube..
Its worth spending 10mins to listen to her singing..really..

Well..i have to say she cannot last for too long..
becos pple will surely get used and norm to the vocals she have..
Hmm..thats life...u cannot do anything abt it..






THE MEMORIES...

Attended my sis's graduation ceremony @ NYP..
It was quite exciting though to see so many youngsters out there..haha(really feel uncle-ish)
Looking at friends cheering each other was sure entertaining..
and you can feel some of them must have been leaders/entertainers/gd pals...blah blah..
I guess I have long forgotten those bonds in sch days - eversince the working life began..

The days back at NP was not really that fantastic..
very much due to i was not SUPER close to my frends and mates..
I had to work almost everyday after sch..and i seriously dun join them for wat outings..
becos i need $$$$ ...haha...
And lunchtime i cannot join them..becos i have to find some place to slp or work on projects...
becos i need more time..haha..
well..u may use the word - antisocial - but perhaps thats how i survived the thru the poly days..

Well..looking at the excitement/enjoyment in studying..
somehow i have that little motivation to decide on further studies..hmmmmm....
haha..(becos my life is going "deader" and "deader" ..)

Another incident brought me memories..
I was having a run round my hometown..
after the run where i start cooling down..
there i was doing some static exercise in the shelter ..
i was no eavesdropping - but 3 buggers were chatting abt army life..

wahaha..all the comparisons..
training/overseas/kana-wack..blahblah..
well..those were the days..
recalling the days spent with Aaron/Samuel/Kilo/EricWong/Quek..wahaha..
sometimes there are just pple that makes u suddenly think abt it and want to laugh..
I did - whilst listening to the 10mins conversation..haha..

such a sentimental post sia..haha

I am sick..
I am addicted..
I am drugged..
I come back home everyday..
I do the usual things..then..
I turn on the PC..
I go to facebook..
I start to play Bejewled Blitz..
(haha)

Yep..somehow..i really feel that i am - for the past 2weeks - i have been playing the game..
And keep playing to the extent of addiction..
Symptoms = Tired Eyes/Strained Wrist,Back,Shoulder/Frequest Thirst/Heated Butt

So if you experience the abovementioned symptons as tested and proven by myself for the past 2weeks ..
Pls also see my tips on how not to make your life difficult..and still enjoy the game.!
(Non-Players, you will not understand - so just bear with it)

1. Spent just enough time your mind can endure .. (need some brain to play also one..)
2. Stop if the abovementioned symptoms surface.. (take a rest, do something else..)
3. Stop the game and switch to another screen if you cannot hit high score anymore (dun waste your brain cells!)
4. If you cannot hit high score after spending so much time - DUN WORRY - because today is not your day! Try another day! haha..
5. Rest after max 30mins - look at something else! (I tried seeing "jewels" everywhere when i 1st felt that i am addicted!)

Well, the above are just some advice...haha..
It perhaps also speaks also that I am simply too free hor...
because of certain reasons though..but..nevermind la..play by ear lo..

My Highest Score now stands at 132,100pts..
My Aussie mate can hit 170,000++ pts..and i seriously think this game might ...
might just be an indication of how miserable one's life is..haha..
Well..hes quite "frustrated" - i guess (after updating myself with his life)

I was screening thru couple of frends blogs ..
Seeing how pple was going thru in their lives..
Everyone seems okay though..
One common thing was - every1 was persuing their goals..!
(me2 - Jewels Champion..! haha)

Well..Today is an OFF day for me..
Going for a family event later..
Perhaps some self-shopping later too..haha..

I simply still cannot believe that i spent $189 on my "oral healthcare"..
kaozzz..well..i visited the dentist..
Initially wanted to just do some simple clean-up..
But somehow the dentist managed to psycho me to get some tooth fill-up..
much due to the last one was 2-3years ago whist still in the army..
haha..well..do lo..(how i know total add up to......)

Nevermind liao la..$189 for 3yrs..haha..well spent/worthwhile maybe?? haha..

Also, another breakthrough was I FINALLY GET TO PLAY TableTennis!!!
Managed to get to know some guys at sgclub..
And played at the Civil Service Club in Farrer Park area..
Woooohoooo..and i simply love the sound of the game..
So enthu about it lo..and i yearn for the next session..
wahaha..






I was watching this Ch8 program..
The theme was on how pple behave whilst visiting supermarket..
Found it so "close" ..haha..

Interesting enough when i was grining thru the whole show..haha..

There was one segment on pple choosing fruits..
and "pressing" while choosing the fruits they want to buy..


I would like to justify that fruits can really be spoilt that badly if customers think they are trying to press the pin number at ATM..
Gives me an idea to share with pple how bad things can be..
For any1 who's interested..(haha..curious to know who sia..)
No problem in getting more for pple to see..haha

I was thinking and also realised alot..
Maybe very much used to advicing pple..staff, friends, pple....
I conclude that i have been too long not "adviced" by others..
just maybe need to re-focus on what my life will be..

Well...had a Mother's Day Dinner @ CHIN HUAT LIVE SEAFOOD (Novena)
1st visit to this place @ Novena and ever since they moved out from Marina South..
I saw couple of my friends been there liaozz...
Thought of seeing whats new there..
Ermm...frankly .. Not too much surprise ba..
One regret is i missed out on the BBQ part lo..
Cos i dunno that the chefs there can help to Tepanyaki ..
and there is a "BBQ Pit" right inside..

I was doing grocery shopping at AMK today..with my mum..
Then i was queueing for the FOUR-SEASONS Durian Pancake..(always long queue de..)
I ordered for 4pcs..
Guess wat was the reply from the sales girl...?
"Uncle. 4pcs can put in box...u want...?" (in Chinese..)

*Stuned..
My attire was bermuda and t-shirt ma..
Very uncle meh..Kaozzz..
I just cut my hair and still a little spiky to emphasise my youth lo..haha..
Well..i know i am going everywhere with bermudas and t-shirt/polo tee..
THATS BECAUSE i had enough of shirts while at work..
and i dun have time to shop for clothes..
AIyah..get me a image consultant if i really need some makeover....arghhhh...

Going for a Farm Tour tomorrow..Jalan Kayu/Seletar West..

Somehow, the topic of futher studies simply heats up recently..
Pple are talking to me abt my plans for further studies..

I think ...just maybe... i might be convinced somehow to take up the Degree in SIM..
I see the interest..just that the earliest that i might really do something is next year..
I just wanna fight for another year in my job..
and see how it goes..

Spent an eventful OFF day since quite sometime ago..
a KTV session with nu'er ..haha..well it was one fun session though..
1st time but diff company - it was always with the Delta Men(which was fun too of course)
And i picked up news songs too..haha..
