Haha..Really simply drama..

My mum was actually in BukitMerah for a dinner with me..
She happened to be ard that area..
As i happened to be in a meeting..and did not answer her calls..
She ate 1st then..

When i called her back..she actually was already finishing her food already..
I was then walking towards the Hawker Centre..and wanted to search for her..
THEN!
One man was suddenly running across my line of sight..
Another was chasing..WITH A KNIFE..5inches maybe..
Kaozzz..
The "runner", wanting to change direction of run..threw a chair at the "chaser"..
Tat was to buy time of course to buffer some time for a sprint ..
the chair did hit the chaser..
and rebounded off him..
ALL of this happened in about 10secs..

My 1st thought was to call my mum..hope that she was not in anywhere near their direction..
I wanted her to walk towards the branch for safety purpose..
I could not get thru to her phone..Engaged instead..
Suddenly she called me..
I asked her where she was..and she told me about the runner/chaser scenario..
haha..i told her to get away and come nearer to branch..
Then guess wat..
SHE WAS THE ONE BEING HIT BY THE CHAIR..
Meaning she was even nearer to THEM when it happened..
Right in front somemore..haha..
The chair hit her on the arm..and now has got a cut..from the leg of the chair..
haha..i think she has got phobia liao..of Bukit Merah..

We shall see if Tmr's news has got any of this case..

Moral of the story is...Bukit Merah is a nice place..you never know wat happens the next minute..Now you see it..(the next moment)..u may not be able to see anything(anymore)..

Ending a short workweek(3days..haha)..Shortest ever maybe
Well..it also means a damn long one will come too..
Tats why nothing to be happy about really..

Was at nu'er's ma stall for a LorMee and a short chatup..
Still good and alot..haha..no excess garlice..haha
Pop over to BPJ branch to see how they are doing quite well in sales context ..to steal some ideas lo..
Wanted to go look for LP at the WTS Agency ..but did not have time le..so forget it..
next time ba..

Then came a very shocking news..
the idea of it was quite disappointing and lo-morale enough..
i can only say that i know its very much due to my work..i spent too much time and effort..
BUT..sighzzz..i dunno if i fall into the workaholic category..
i just wanna put things smooth only..

Well..seriously i was quite mad and almost made the decision..
But calming down for a while..i know i should not..
Somehow managed to salvage and control the situation ..
But i dunno how it will go on..
I dun like that kind of feeling..
It feels awkward..real awkward..
And i dun want that result and ending to happen...

Looks like it will be another boring OFF day tmr..
perhaps see wat can be done..
Looking to a very busy endOct - Nov..maybe till Next Jan..

At work and at home...Simply unbelievable

Full week of issues regarding Halal & Non-Halal Food..
Cannot comment much due to religional issues..
Basically its becos some bugger "feedback" to some top pple whom in turn went to our top management..
In the end..the SHIT rolls down the hill and those pple like us down there..
GETS THE FREAKING JOB..
Seriously...dunno wat more SHI* coming up somemore...argh..

Also, dealing with staffs are getting tougher as days go by..
Pple are beginning to have more and more problems...more and more patterns..
Sighzz..U know that they are "problem" pple..but cannot do much ma..

Attended DeKai's dad's wake..
Real sad to hear the news that his dad passed on..quite young somemore la..
Due to Cancer..sighzz
Knowing how it feels .. i just feel that he has to be strong la..
Alot of things and responsibilities will be on him now..
Of course..it was a also a unique scenario for me to hook up with the BMT mates..
Afterwhich we went for a Fish & Co late dinner @ Tampines Mall..phew...

Tmr has got a couple of meeting ups and makan-ing ..
An OFF day..hopefully to spent peacefully and well-worth ..






Alright..it seems i have finally overcome the battle with the "leaking nose", sudden fever and dry cough for the past 1 week..
i guess it was the longest ever sickness i ever had since the Chicken Pox back in the poly days..

I can be sick..but certainly it doesnt stop me from .....haha..working..
No time to see Doctor watsoever la..
I had 3 night shifts in the week..
MC will not help to get some1 else to cover that shift..
Not so nice la..

Few highlights in the week..one by one..
1st was the finally the passing of TP by this nu'er..haha
dunno how many times liao hor..3 la..i think
still wanna complain of the queue..dunno how many pple wanna queue also dun have lo..
I am waiting for a ride liao wor (and a treat to celebrate wor..remember how much i supported u..)..haha

Then was the NTUC FairPrice Inter-Group Futsal Competition..
Well..Group meaning ... We are very BIG ok..
Groups are divided into Supermarkets, Warehouses, Hypermarkets, HQ, MiniMarts(smaller supermarts), Finest etc ...(big right..!haha)
Guess wat...i was representing our Supermarts team..
End result was 2draws & 1loss ...but I SCORED 3 ...wahhaha...in 3 games..
3caps 3goals..heeee...
Very much enjoyable and hope for a next yr's game again..

Looking at the hype after the recent sagas abt Soldiers suddent deaths..
I have to agree that the pple nowadays are quite having ....."lower-tolerance"..
I guess the word "weak" is not entirely sufficient..to fully explain them..
But i can agree the lifestyle of the pple nowadays...
The pple now..hmm..i think dun workout that much ba..i guess..
Its the era of the coms anyway..u see the com more than u see human beings..


There was a report on a newspaper(forgot which)..
relating that Polytechnics dun enforce CCA on students...(me too)
highlighting the fact that all of the causalties were from Polys..
meaning that working out is important ..cos JCs do have the CCA and Physical Education regime..
haha..wait till they know how they standards are..

One thing i agree is that the lifestyle of boys nowadays are not as conditioned as WE do last time..
we still engaged in sporting games after sch and in sch ..too..
NOW..they see computers/laptops more than they see human beings..!
I just think thats what makes them "weak" ..
Well..this might well be still the trend for the many yrs to come..dunno how long only..

Another area is MOs!!!
I was talking to my bro on the casualties cases..
A common conclusion lies on the MOs.
I think they are made-to-think and having a prejudice that ALL patients are having that "geng" attitude..
And the solution to all illness is Panadols/Creams/Painkillers and Drink water..
I think MINDEF can conduct a survey on how pple think of MOs..
They will find the problem..!
Wait till pple are DEAD then those "official replies" abt MOs not receiving the MCs..
Did they check whether that guy got go and see MO b4 and wats the status..?

Tats why i nv see MOs till the last parts of my NS days..

Have to declare .. i am down with flu and ... latest - slight fever...
Swallowed 2 panadols earlier on and lets see how it goes..

Finally cleared my last appointment with SGH for my slipped disc woes..
It took 5mins for the specialist to clear me...
by asking questions verbally - without any checking..
and that cost abt $25 already..
(dunno can claim from company bo...haha)
So i am officially able to take part in the sporting events i like...without commitment from doc only lo...he just say : " ... you know when to stop ... so take care of yourself.."
