BSc Logistics & Supply Chain Management @ uniSIM..
Calculating the time,cost,sponsorship/scholarship etc..
Of course, its for the goodness of my career path..
I still recall the time in STL when the whole world tells you to further studies..

Finally looking through the course details..
I think this should be the one..compared to those under SIPMM, SIC etc.
However, not quite confident if this is a good decision..
This move will more or less be for the sake of my career..

FP Bukit Merah won the Zespri Display Competition!
2 awards in all - On Par with AMK Hypermart..haha

In short, we won the Medium Store (Display) Group - 2nd
and OVERALL Category Winnger 2008 (Display,Sales,Improvement) - Amongst 82 FairPrice Stores ! wohooooo..
The prize - Trip to New Zealand to visit the Zespri Farm.
(Might be giving the chance to my staff - as we had agreed on that)

However, most of the credits still must go to my predecessor, who is now my 02 (Branch 2IC) - as it was his last project before handing over to me the FRESH Dept..haha..But i did help out lo..to maintain the sales and display lo..

Eagerly waiting for the 2009 Display Competition..I am solely responsible liao..
Watch out..i may just win it..haha (The ideas are in my mind liaozzz...)

Well..maybe i would just begin with something pleasant - hmm..i would just say that i would be attending a dinner on Monday - and after that i would just perhaps have a very "exciting" reward . . haha..



Recently completed my appraisal for the workyear..
Proud to say that I was quite contented with the score i had..
the compliments i received..
the recognition i got..
Of course, there were things i need to improve and work on..
and i am sure i can overcome them..

From the comments that boss has given me..i am really happy that i am somewat on the right track and on par with the projected career path tat i had in my mind..
and reinforces my decision to join this line..





Give me another year - i am sure i can do better!
And my one-year plan is already in my mind > Excecuting anytime...!






Finally completed everything thats to be done for the stocktake,
It was more systematic and most of what has been planned did proceed smoothly,
and i was really quite happy with the ongoings that day..
Kudos! and i hope things will go well for the next one..haha
6months later..hopefully..!

Another task currently on hand would be the Staff Appraisal,
and I have 32 staff in all!!
Imagine i have to spent about 20-30mins/per staff to discuss with them about their developements, concerns, problems, goods & bads etc..
I have been already spent 2weeks in all already and I still have yet to complete,
and the dateline is coming up....arghhhh..

I managed to watch SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE today,
and i must say it sure did left a positive image about in me.
Not really that bombastic but slightly better than average kindof movie,
A different "taste" against those Hollywood or HK films that we normally watch..

We shall see how for the next one pending - COMING SOON.

Most probably could be going for Genting next month,
but seriously i need to make some good arrangements,
i have this tendency to get so worked up after an off day,
and spent so much effort to get things back on track.
Come to think a 3-day absence..haha..i think i am too work-crazy liao..

Tomorrow is my OFF again!
Looking to settle the usual monthly contributions back to the various organisations,
and perhaps some marketing liao..
my home practically has got nothing except some leftover biscuits which seems no one wanna eat de..haha..






Still kindof low-morale mode..
Having some issues at work, with my staff committing some offence..
Regret that i could not help much..
He had crossed the line..

Recently, I am beginning to have some kind of stupid dilemma..
In many things that I do..Dunno why..
Somehow like to procrastinate and think about what it seems may be the better option..
Although i may not neccessary do it..but sometimes of course thinking abt it only does make the mood better though..

It doesnt help when i am back to the work-home lifestyle..
And most of the time off-day is my relac day..
Other than that .. get my ass back home and play game..or watch tv..
Sighzz..really need some thinking abt my life..
