Sometimes, I simply just cannot believe it...
Let me think wat had happened for this past 2weeks...

1. Staff cut finger whilst cutting chicken (Result: 4days MC)
2. Staff cut hand whilst clearing carton (2days MC)
3. Staff calling up @ 6.30am on my off day, vomit and fever. (Urgent Leave)
4. Daughter having mood problems, wanting to do the "extreme" (Urgently needs to go home)
5. Freezer spoilt on my off day, had to rush back to look-see (waste my morning on off day)
6. New staff claims mother seriously sick in hospital (1week missing)
7. Staff husband suffer stroke (has to take adhoc and long leave)
8. Internal Audit (came on a day where i was Fbusy..becos of those pple on top)

SIghzzz...for all the above...
Guess wat happens when the pple above are not ard...

Exciting right..my workplace...yeah..

on a day one of my ex-collegue was having his wedding dinner..
I couldnt go...due to one of the issues on top...
Seriously lack of manpower...
If any1 notice a mad chicken running ard...perhaps tats me...!!!

Sometimes this job has got its disadvantage and a perfect example surfaced..
I am very scared of invitation to events on weekends and PHs...
The main KPIs of my job will come from these key days...
and u do not know how much crowd will come in..
maybe a rainy morning can ruin everything and thus can slack whole day..
well we nv know...
