Finally cleared my last appointment with SGH for my slipped disc woes.. It took 5mins for the specialist to clear me... by asking questions verbally - without any checking.. and that cost abt $25 already.. (dunno can claim from company bo...haha) So i am officially able to take part in the sporting events i like...without commitment from doc only lo...he just say : " ... you know when to stop ... so take care of yourself.."
