1st on the SBR ... wahaha...not too bad.. I must confess i did not fully run ALL 10km..but i did the best i and my "disc" could.. 1hr 33mins was not too bad for a half handicapped personnel..heeezz.. Simply plenty of challenging slopes..haha.. I really regret not holding my phone to snap pixes of the entire route which was real lovely.. Give me another yr..i will really snap plenty of pixes as momento...
In the end...got the medal of finishing of the run though.. afterall ... thats my main motive of the participation too..haha.. *Now muscles real sore and strain and walking every step with tightness in the thigh and calf..
2days after the Olympics ended...i really feel some kind of lost here.. Nothing to look forward back home when u switch on TV...i.e. Ch5 and Ch601-605(cable) Dunno do wat back home liao wor...*think...
Went for course today - Assessment Day.. Freaking unlucky to have rain and drench ... 2 traffic lights away from HDB Hub.. Did pass the assessment though...BUT! the trip back home was almost identical...cannot believe it.. also started raining cats and dogs and chickens and ducks and geese and wateva.... One day become soup chicken TWICE..
Now feeling the effects of kana rain... Tired..Headache..No mood...Sleepy.. Sick soon ma? Real low morale.. Problems everywhere...
