Almost 3wks of practice finally will end with a perfomance to vie with other divisions for the "ST Has Talent" contest..well..the fame was nothing .. the prizes were .. ok... but the fun part was the practice and discussions thruout the few wks..to come up with the ultimate resulting performance.. We were 2nd!!!! -- Our sister team .. -Dikir Barak- came in 3rd..
Well, 1st was from ST Medical with wat many called them "881" .. "Go-Tai" performance..hee
XH & Claire came up with much of the ideas for the dance and really deserved much credit for it.. whereby a 2nd was definitely a credible result.. People were tipping us for 1st but well..for me ..i am contented enuf to have a 2nd though..means we are also 1st in ALB..haha
Enjoyed the times and moments of practice though..haha..fun and tiring at times but was great was WN, XH and Claire were pple nice to mingle with...
Well..much thanks also to pple who encouraged and helped to comment and judge our practices to perfect our performance..e.g. Judy/Florence/Mr Wo/JinTeck/Doris/OP ladies...haha..*my "puppyhand" and "Stiff-body"..
Naming pple would be important now as i would start to recall pple who helped to make wat i am now..as i have submitted that all-important document already..informing Mr Wo was a tough one..i think he could have been disappointed..but .. well.. told him abt my plans and he wished me well... next up was the Snr one..
Forget it..leave the negative stuff 1st..
Once again..Voila - ALB Sensation- Time well-spent and these 3wks and the performance would certainly be much remembered with me...
